Our main intention when launching the Academy was to create a welcoming and fluid environment for children of all ages and ability. Where they simultaneously able to have fun and learn whilst making new friends in the process to come and have some fun. This has now progressed into creating a pathway to facilitate the child’s development. As the illustration shows, a child will enter the academy into the open sessions which are led by some of our most experienced coaches. If they are wanting to join a team, they will be assessed alongside team coaches who regularly attend the sessions to observe and provide support for further development. Once registered into a team, the journey for the child will be based on the incremental age groups as shown here.
Once the child is in a team they will then progress up through the age groups with their teams, gaining experience and skills as they get older.

Our experienced and highly qualified coaches provide personalized programmes to help each child reach their full potential irrespective of whether the child is a beginner or has experience of having played in a team environment.

We are passionate about sports and committed to providing the best coaching experience for our young players. Our management team has extensive experience in sports administration and coaching and is dedicated to helping children develop their skills. ​

Our players and parents code of conduct on and off the pitch is very important to us. We want to set the highest standards, through being respectful as well as competitive.

We emphasise good sportsmanship both on and off the field, expecting players to show honesty, integrity, and humility in victory and defeat.
